Sports and Exercise Physicians are experts in assessment and management of complex and severe sports and musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.


A Sport and Exercise Physician can help maximize and tailor non-operative treatment, guide appropriate rehab programs and therapies, and when necessary expedite referral to our surgical colleagues. In addition, extensive training is also undertaken in broader disciplines such as:

  • Concussion and other head injuries
  • Diagnostic and interventional use of ultrasound to guide treatment
  • Athletes with acute or chronic illness (including diabetes, asthma)
  • Nutrition, supplements, and performance optimization

Born in El Salvador and raised in Canada, Kevyn is completely fluent in both Spanish and English. In his spare time Kevyn enjoys playing beach volleyball, Latin dancing, weight training and spending time with friends. Kevyn will be consulting at ‘The Injury Hub’ on Monday mornings, and is looking forward to building relationships with local General Practitioners, allied health professionals and sporting clubs.
